General Announcements @FMHighSchool:

  • There will be a meeting for all girls wanting to participate in basketball this winter on Wednesday at the FMMS gyn at 7:00 PM.  You should use the MPR doors on the south side of the building to arrive to the meeting.
  • The University of Iowa will be holding a Learn to Row clinic on Sunday, October 16th from noon to 3:00 PM at the P. Sue Beckwith Boathouse on the U of Iowa campus.  This is a great chance for the girls of Iowa to learn about the sport of rowing.  If interested, please click on the link above or see Mr. Mitchell.
  • Photo retakes have been scheduled for Wednesday, October 19th.

College Visit:

  • Drake University will have a representative here during lunch today.  If you would like to learn more about Drake University please stop by their table.

Athletics @FMHSActivities:

  • Good luck to the volleyball teams as they travel to Washington this evening to take on the Demons.

Happy Birthday:

  • Happy birthday yesterday to Aleana Bohnenkamp.  Her name was misspelled in the annoucements.
