Just a reminder to all students.  Key Club and Kiwanis are again partnering for the end of the year locker clean up.  Please be sure to have all your personal belongings out of your locker by June 3rd at noon.  After that, any items we find will be reused or recycled.

The guidance office now has applications for the 2016 Lee County Fair Queen or Jr. Lee County Fair Queen. Girls between the ages of 11-21 can apply. Stop by the guidance office or visit http://www.leecountyfairiowa.com for more information and an application.

The YMCA is looking for summer instructors to teach tennis lessons. They offer two sessions June 6 – June 29 and July 5 – July 28. Lessons are 2 days a week in the morning and you would get paid $12/lesson. Contact Alli Thompson at 319-372- 2403 ext 2 or alli.thompson@fortmadisony.org

Attention students, if you are interested in being part of the 2016 Bloodhound football program next fall, there will be a meeting on Thursday May 26th at 7:45 am in the Little Theater.  If you can not attend, please see Mr. Mitchell next week.

Drivers Education this summer will be offered through Triple R Driving School. Two summer sessions are available and are currently open for registration.  Registration forms are available in the HS front office and guidance department.  Students and families eligible for free or reduced tuition should indicate that on the registration form they send in.  Any questions contact Ryan Rump at 319-470- 0675 or triplerdrivingschool@gmail.com.

Students who will be Juniors and Seniors next year, if you are interested in either the Dual Welding or Dual Carpentry programs at FMHS through SCC, applications are available in the Counseling Office.  Students must return applications to the Counseling Office by May 26th.
