FMHS Daily Student Announcements For Thursday, March 17th, 2016
Fort Madison Community Hospital is offering a program called FMCH Health Care University this summer for students interested in the medical field. The program is designed to expose students to different career opportunities available and includes 5 educational sessions where students will hear from a variety of personnel at the hospital. Students even get the chance to go through an abbreviated orientation that every new hospital employee completes prior to starting. If interested, please come to the guidance office to pick up the application and hear more about this awesome opportunity!
National Honor Society is having a change drive to raise money for the 21st Century Classroom and Makerspace. Collection bins are available at Roxy’s Coffee House in the mornings and over lunch. Certain teachers/staff members have agreed to participate and the teacher with the most money at the end of this week will have three choices. They can choose to dye their hair pink, be duct taped to a wall during an assembly, or they can pay $20 to pass to the next person.
Lunch Menu: Hot Dog or Reuben; Tater Tots or Cherry Tomatoes; Peaches or Applesauce and Muffin Square
